Companion Trail Saddle by
Duett
Trail
saddle designed by and for DUETT!
This is the tree that, at its widest, is the best fit on the
table-backed, low-withered equines! (The narrower trees fit
withered horses.)
These are the features of this fantastically comfortable
saddle which make it ideal for both pleasure trail riding
and endurance riding:
Lightly quilted, soft seat is comfortable for unlimited
hours...Wide panels distribute the rider's weight over a
large area....Note: These are wool flocked panels and as
easy for fitters to adjust as Duett's other wool flocked
panels!
SPECIAL FEATURE:
Removeable/moveable knee AND calf blocks give the utmost in
flexibility to the rider! No fixed block! You can remove the
blocks for closest contact, or you can move them back to
support your leg differently, or you can change the angle!
When you remove the blocks, there is a piece of shaped
leather which you can attach to the velcro to keep it clean.
Textured, grained brown leather on the flaps gives added
grip and stability to your leg--it's durable, too!
Long billets used with dressage girth keeps the rider's leg
comfortable....
Lots of D rings and a crupper attachment....
Available in 16", 17", 18", 19" and 20" seats (some in 17.5"
also) with 32, 34, 36, 38, 40 and 42 cm trees.
NOTE: This saddle works well for Icelandics and other
gaited horses.
In addition, with the movable knee block, it's easy to move
the block back towards your knee and keep a nice, straight
leg. Or--take the big front block off and move the little
block forward, allowing more room for your leg or for
shorter stirrups.

Without
clamps or dials, The Natural Hoof Shoe by
Exselle is easy to use. If a regular shoe is
lost you can continue to school, condition or turn out
for days or even weeks until the farrier arrives. If
you prefer to keep your horses barefoot but need
protection periodically, the Natural Hoof Shoe
is the solution. When needed, just slip on, close the
stretchy double hook/loop flaps and go.
Natural Hoof Shoes are very light
weight and fit into any pack. The padded tongue comes
up over the front of the hoof and covers the coronet
band. Soft open mesh foam cushions the bulbs of the
heels. Ballistic nylon used for the upper portion of
the boot provides strength and durability. Open mesh
patches on two sides keep water from collecting in the
boot if crossing water. The sole is a ridged rubber
compound which provides good traction on all surfaces.
Machine washable. Sold individually.

ENDURA-MAX is a dietary electrolyte supplement for endurance horses. When endurance horses sweat, they lose a significant amount of essential electrolytes (particularly sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium) that are necessary for top performance and prevention of metabolic disorders. ENDURA-MAX Electrolyte is formulated with readily available sources of key electrolytes lost in sweat during exercise, especially in hot, humid environments |

For years BioThane® with a polyurethane coating has been used in the equine market for tack and harness. That product has performed extremely well, but it did not have the 'look' and 'feel' of leather, which is important in some applications. The Beta Series was developed to satisfy that need. The vinyl coating represents a balance of toughness, softness and low temperature flexibility.
This makes easy care tack! Equipment made of these materials is very durable and practically maintenance-free. They need no oiling and can be cleaned with water and a little soap for a more thorough job. They do not get stiff in cold weather nor do they dry out in the heat. They are great for rainy, muddy days and do not mildew if kept in a damp place. Plus, there is a minimum of chafing since coated webbing has a very smooth surface.
Both BioThane® and Beta can be cut with a sharp knife, but care must be taken to seal both the hole and the cut end to keep out moisture. A simple method is to heat a nail or a pop rivet and pass it through the hole or across the cut end a few times. When heating BioThane®
or Beta material, be sure to provide effective ventilation
to draw away fumes or vapors that could be harmful if
inhaled. It is not necessary to heat the material to the
point of bubbling or charring. You do not need to burn the
material to get it to melt
To easily adjust your equipment, lubricate the surface with a little drop of oil or soap and it will slip easily against itself and through buckles. So, if cleaning equipment isn't your idea of spending time with your horse, then why not give this easy care tack a try.

Fleeceworks maximum benefit/minimum bulk philosophy is also evident when it comes to adding comfort to your ride. The genuine Merino Sheepskin is dense and luxurious, but a lot less bulky than the lambskin of traditional sheepskin seatsavers. This allows you to enjoy a little cushioning without the complete sacrifice of contact and feel. |
